Joseph is a licensed yacht broker in Tampa closing approximately $20 million in boat sales annually. He has spent his entire career serving high-net-worth clients and managing multi-million-dollar luxury assets — understanding exactly how demanding collectors expect their holdings to be handled, documented, and delivered. That same standard of care is the foundation of Tampa Auto Storage, an independent business he founded with Brad Wochnick to serve Tampa's collector and exotic car owners.

Brad is a seasoned entrepreneur, operator, and private investor with a strong track record of founding, scaling, and profitably exiting businesses across multiple industries. He previously founded and expanded two Central Minnesota companies — in landscaping and pallets — into regional market leaders, building a combined workforce of roughly 60 employees before executing clean exits with zero debt. Today, through LUX Capital Holdings, Brad has assembled a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding $10 million, with a focus on cash flow optimization and capital preservation through creative financing structures. His approach centers on disciplined growth, creative deal structuring, and relationship-driven leadership — the same operating principles that make Tampa Auto Storage a sound, well-capitalized venture from day one.

A Proven Model, Reimagined for Cars
Tampa is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. New high-rise condos rise along Bayshore, Water Street, and Channelside every year. Hyde Park and Harbour Island townhomes sell out before they're built. Every one of those buyers has the same problem: nowhere to put their nice cars.Condo parking garages are open-air and unmonitored. Townhome garages are single-bay and packed with everything else life demands. A collector's garage-kept exotic has no good home.
Today there is only one other luxury car storage facility in all of Tampa — and it is full, with a waitlist. Demand has far outrun supply. The local collector community has been asking for another option for years, and until now nobody has built it.
The operating model of high-and-dry luxury-asset storage is a proven one in the marine industry: stack valuable assets on racks, protect them from the elements, retrieve them on demand, and deliver them ready to use. Through years of selling luxury yachts and working with high-net-worth clients, Joseph saw the gap in cars. Brad brings the operating and investment experience to fund, scale, and run it. Together we founded Tampa Auto Storage as an independent, purpose-built business to meet that demand.
Tampa Auto Storage is a private club where every car is personally accountable to ownership, every service is provided in-house, and every touchpoint is documented in the member app. The business is structured around one principle: overservice the members, underservice no vehicle. Every decision we make flows from that.

Full-perimeter camera coverage with continuous recording. Motion-triggered alerts. Access logs on every door.
Documented Intake
Every vehicle receives a full photo and video walkaround on arrival. Damage, mileage, fuel level, and condition are logged digitally and co-signed by the member.
Restricted Access
Members access by scheduled appointment only. No drop-in traffic. Keys held in a locked safe with audit trail on every retrieval.
Trailer Delivery Protocol
All concierge deliveries are on an enclosed trailer — never driven. Zero miles added, zero road exposure. Full chain of custody documented in the app.
Preventive Maintenance
Battery tenders on every vehicle. Weekly tire pressure checks. Climate and humidity held within collector-grade specs. Monthly condition reports to members.
Digital Audit Trail
Every check-in, service, photo, and member request is logged in our proprietary platform. Insurance can audit any vehicle's full history in seconds.
